Fire Safety Training for Property Managers

THEORY BASED

We deliver free, tailored fire safety legislation training specifically for property managers. Our sessions are designed to equip property managers with a clear understanding of their legal responsibilities under current fire safety regulations, including:

• The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
• The Fire Safety Act 2021
• The Building Safety Act 2022

By providing practical guidance and up-to-date legislative insights, we help property managers ensure the buildings they oversee remain safe, compliant, and well managed in line with best practice and statutory duties.  

PRACTICAL SESSION

We will show you how to:

• Carry out weekly testing of fire alarms and smoke vents
• Carry out monthly testing of emergency lighting
• Record it in a logbook
• Test a manual call point
• Test a fireman’s control
• Replace a glass on a manual call point/fireman’s control
• Silence and reset systems
• Recognise an emergency light

TRAINING DAY INFORMATION

Our FREE one day training is available Tuesday – Thursday and will be run by our directors Rob & Paul. Please request a date on the registration form available.

Time: Starts at 09:30 AM, expected to finish around 3:00 PM
