Over the past few months, we have been seeking an acquirer that shares our values, culture, and commitment to excellence, as well as the vision and scale to further develop PLP Fire Protection’s offering. Obsequio is a privately owned business with extensive experience across the fire and security, water, air, and asbestos sectors, and owns several well-established fire protection, life safety, and compliance companies.

Please rest assured that it’s business as usual at PLP Fire Protection. We will remain based in Chatham, operating under the same name, with the same team, and led by us — Paul Bennett and Rob Beeching.
