We are excited to anounce we have recently taken on a number of brand new residential flats located in Ashford and Maidstone.
We was able to offer the customer site pre-inspections prior to practical completion and handover. We offer this service to all customers.
We have now taken over the maintenance and 24/7 emergency call out cover of each site covering:
As part of the takeover we installed remote monitoring units within the smoke vent systems which will automatically alert the customer of any activations to the system.
A full maintenance was also undertaken.
